TERMS and CONDITIONS

To qualify and attend NIS Foundation seminars 2025 the full “Registration Fee” of $1950 USD combined with your online registration form are required prior to the commencement of the NIS Foundation seminar in Seattle (April 26-27, 2025). All Seminar fees are displayed and processed in USD.  Accepted payment is by online payment via credit card (AMEX, VISA or Mastercard)  Seminar payments via direct debit, split payments, cheque, cash, digital currency or payments on account will NOT be accepted.   NIS Foundation Seminar prerequisite requirements. NIS Seminars provides education services for qualified, registered health professionals only. Falsifying prerequisite qualifications or profession without prior consent from NIS administration will result in the non-approval of seminar registration and a return of seminar fee to the applicant, less a $150 USD administration fee.  Practitioners who choose to complete the NIS proficiency assessment in 2025 after successfully completing NIS Foundation and wish to attend 2025 NIS Masters, will have their Masters seminar place confirmed when proficiency assessment has been successfully passed.  The registration fee for these practitioners will be processed at the Early Registration fee if booked within 30 days of the NIS Masters seminar date.   If NIS USA Seminars is forced to cancel the Foundation seminar for reasons outside of their control, delegates will be refunded the seminar fee in full. NIS USA Seminars cannot be responsible for expenses incurred such as but not limited to, airfares and loss of earnings.    Completion and submission of this registration form acknowledges acceptance of NIS USA Seminars Terms and Conditions   Full registration fees apply for practitioners returning to NIS seminars who attended Modules A and/or Modules B, or Masters seminar in 2022 or prior. False declaration/s of a practitioner entitlement to receive the discounted “refresher” rate, will result in the non-approval of seminar registration and a return of the seminar fee to the applicant, less a $150 USD administration fee.  False declaration/s of a practitioner entitlement to receive the discounted student rate” will result in the non-approval of seminar registration and a return of seminar fee to the applicant, less a $150 USD administration fee. Students must provide student enrolment details including current student ID and proof of study to be entitled to the student concession.   False declaration/s of a student entitlement or status will result in the non-approval of seminar registration and a return of seminar fee to the applicant, less a $150 USD administration fee. There is no student discount on the refresher seminar rate.  Seminar Payment Included in the Registration fees paid by the attending practitioner include 2 day seminar intensive and associated teaching material.   Registration fees do NOT include any accommodation.  Cancellation Policy  1.NIS Foundation Seminar 2025 – Cancellation policy applies to either full Registration, student Registration, or Refresher Registration.  Cancellation 30 days or more prior to seminar, NIS USA Seminars will refund the full amount less an administration fee of $150.00 USD Cancellation 3 to 29 days prior to NIS Foundation seminar, NIS USA Seminars will retain 50% of total registration fee paid.    Cancellation within 48 hours of seminar or fail to show, NO refund shall be paid.
